This plan is for any runner - beginner or experienced! You’ll get a customized 12-week training plan that fits your schedule and needs. Whether you’re training for a race, or would just like to learn how to integrate a safe and effective running program into your lifestyle, this plan is for you!

  • Initial 45-minute evaluation via phone or video chat

  • Individualized weekly running plan x 12 weeks

  • Unlimited messaging through the TrainingPeaks app and email for duration of plan

  • TrainingPeaks Premium Account for duration of plan

  • Weekly training adjustments as necessary

  • 30-minute monthly check-in phone calls for duration of plan

  • 30-minute goal or race strategy planning session (this is where we’ll get into the nitty gritty details of planning for your specific goal, event, or race!)

  • 30-minute post goal, event, or race debrief session (this is where we’ll do a deep dive and debrief how it all went!)

The combined coaching and training plan program fee is due in full prior to commencement of the program and is nonrefundable.
